Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyAiringList, AiringList, MySeasonalList, and Discover Season (together, "the Site"), a personal, non-commercial hobby project built and maintained by Morteux. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site does

The Site reads a public MyAnimeList or AniList username you provide and displays the corresponding anime list as a weekly broadcast calendar or seasonal statistics page, using the official MyAnimeList and AniList public APIs. It does not let you edit your MAL/AL list, does not require a password, and does not act on your behalf on either platform.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates MyAnimeList's or AniList's own Terms of Service or API usage policies.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems it depends on.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to look up usernames without a legitimate reason to do so.

3. Third-party content and services

Anime titles, cover images, synopses, broadcast schedules, and list data shown on the Site are retrieved live from MyAnimeList and AniList and remain the property of their respective rights holders and platforms. We don't control the accuracy, availability, or timing of that data - if MyAnimeList or AniList is slow, incorrect, or unavailable, the calendar may be incomplete or imprecise as a direct result (see the AniList-down fallback notice shown on the calendar itself for one example of this).

4. Advertising

We intend to display third-party advertising on the Site (for example through Google AdSense) to help cover hosting costs. Ads are served and selected by the advertising provider, not by us, and are subject to that provider's own policies. 5. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. This is a hobby project maintained in spare time; features, layout, and availability can change or break without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morteux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including missed episodes, inaccurate airing times, or data loss.

7. Changes to the Site and these Terms

Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time - see the version changelog linked in the footer of every page for a full history. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
